1. 我的报名费可以退款吗？

可以，您可以在注册截止日期之前申请退回您的报名费。但注册截止日期后就退不了报名费了，除非您是您级别里面唯一的选手匹配不到对手。

Can I get a refund on my registration fee?
Yes, you can get a refund on your registration fee until the registration deadline. After the registration deadline, you will not be able to receive a refund on your registration fees, unless you are the only person in your division and we cannot find an opponent for you.

2. 一个级别需要多少选手报名参赛才能正常进行？

一个级别至少需要2名选手报名参赛。如果只有两名运动员报名，两名运动员将直接进入决赛，争夺第一名和第二名。AJP保留根据参赛运动员人数或任何其他原因，需要更改比赛形式的权利。

How many athletes are needed to run a division?
A minimum of 2 athletes is required to run a division. In the case of only 2 athletes, both athletes will go directly to the finals and compete for 1st and 2nd place. AJP reserves the right to change the competition format as required, depending on the number of athletes competing, or for any other reason.

3. 如果我报名的所在级别没有其他人报名怎么办？

如果你报名的所在级别没有其他人报名，你可以选择换到其他级别或要求退款。如要将您的参赛级别转换到其他级别，请登录您的个人帐号并修改运动员的注册信息。如果您转换到其他级别，转换的相关条件必须符合AJP协议（详情请见第4项）。截止日期后，您的参赛级别将根据官方AJP协议自动转换（见第4项）。

What if there is nobody in my division?
If there is nobody in your division, you have the option to change to another division or ask for a refund before the registration deadline. To move your athlete to another division, log into your USER account and EDIT your athlete’s registration. If you move to another division, the move must comply with AJP protocol. After the deadline, your entry will automatically be moved according to the official AJP protocol (see item 4).

4. 如果在报名截止后，我没有对手，我该怎么办？

如果您报名的级别没有对手，我们将按照以下原则顺序进行调整：

第一原则：优先保证在同一年龄组别

参赛者将被最多转移至向上两个重量级别，但是保持在同一年龄组别。例如：参赛者将被自动从大师2紫带-62KG组移动至大师2紫带-77KG组。参赛者也可以申请全额退款（请参阅退款规则）或者申请移动至其他年龄组（直至注册截止日）。

My child is a white/grey (mixed color belt). Should he register as a white belt or a grey belt? 

Every academy has a different ranking system for kids and we cannot control how each academy hands out ranking to their students. 

AJP only has solid color belt rankings. If your child is a white/grey belt, then he/she is not a white belt. If your child is not a white belt, then your child should be competing as a grey belt. 

In competitive sports, there is no ranking system for belts, only weight and age categories.

第二原则：若同一年龄组的向上两个重量级别没有注册的参赛者。

参赛者将被移动至较低的年龄组（至多移动2个重量级别）。例如：参赛者将首先从大师2紫带-85KG组移动至大师1紫带-85KG组。如果大师1组别没有参赛者，则参赛者将继续移动至专业紫带-85KG组。

第三原则：如果同一年龄组和同一重量级别均没有注册的参赛者

棕带组与黑带组合并；蓝带组与紫带组合并（女子紫带组可以与棕带/黑带组合并）；白带不合并。例如：大师1棕带-120KG组与大师1黑带-120KG组合并。

注意：如果您对新更换的组别不满意并选择不参加此次比赛，您有24小时的时间申请退款。

What is the protocol for moving athletes to another division?
If you need to be moved to a different division, you will be moved according to the following protocol:

a.	We move you to a higher weight category (up 2 weight categories). For example: M2/purple/56KG => M2/purple/69KG.
b.	We move you to a lower age category (down/up 2 age categories). For example: M2/purple/56KG => Adult/purple/56KG.
c.	We move you to a higher belt category. Brown/Black belts and Purple/Blue belts. Example: M2/purple/56KG => M2/brown/56KG. White belts will not be moved to colored belt divisions.

NOTE: If you are not satisfied with your new division and choose not to compete, you will have 24 hours to apply for a refund.

5. 比赛当天开始前我的对手没有出现，我该怎么办？

我们无法控制谁在比赛当天参赛或不参赛。如果你的对手没有出现，而你是你所在组别的唯一运动员，可能会：

a.	我们将根据AJP官方协议（见第4项）将你转移到其他组别。如果您对新更换的组别不满意并选择不参加此次比赛，您有24小时的时间来申请退款;
b.	进行并组、调组也没对手，将退回您的报名费；
c.	获得第一名的积分和奖牌。

My opponents did not show up and I'm the only one in my division. What do I do?
We cannot control who shows up or doesn’t show up to compete on the day of the event. If your opponents don’t show up and you are the only athlete in your division, we will move you to another division according to the official AJP protocol (see item 4). If you are not satisfied with your new division and choose not to compete, you will have 24 hours to apply for a refund of your registration fee. If we cannot find you an opponent according to the protocol in item 4, you can choose to receive a refund on your registration fee, or you can choose to receive the 1st place points and medal. 

6. 我的体重超出了自己所报名的级别。我会被取消参赛资格吗？

不会，如果您超出了自己所报名的体重级别，不会取消您的参赛资格。根据AJP官方协议（见第4项），您将被转换到新的组别。

I did not make weight. Will I be disqualified?
No, you will not be disqualified if you do not make weight. You will be moved to a new division according to the official AJP protocol (see item 4).

7. 称重时应该准备哪些资料？流程是怎样的？

请带上您的身份证或护照，还有您本人签字的承诺书。当您到达称重处时，请到登记处报到，并提交您签署的承诺书，确认您的身份证/护照号码等身份信息，以便办理您的意外保险。确认身份证/护照后，前往相应的队列称重。

What should I bring to the weigh-in? What is the weigh-in process?
Please bring your ID or passport, and the signed waiver. When you arrive at the weigh-in, please report to the registration desk and turn in your signed waiver and confirm your ID/Passport number in order to process your accident insurance. After you have confirmed your ID/Passport, proceed to the appropriate line to weigh-in.

8. 称重的着装具体要求有哪些？

请穿t恤或nogi防磨服和短裤。选手不允赤裸上身只穿内裤称重。体重超重的运动员将自动移至下一个更高体重级别。

What do I wear to the weigh-in?
Please wear a t-shirt or rash guard and shorts. Athletes will not be allowed to weigh-in bare chested wearing only their undergarments. Athletes which don’t make weight will automatically be moved to the next weight-category. 

9. 我的孩子是白/灰带色（混带色）。他应该登记为白腰带还是灰腰带？

每个学院针对儿童的带色体系有所区别，我们无法控制每个学院按照怎样的标准给他们的学员升带。AJP只有纯带色分级体系。如果你的孩子是一个白/灰带（混带色），那么他/她就不属于白带。如果你的孩子不是白带，那么你的孩子应该作为灰带参加比赛。
